If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update. Queue Ahead is operated by an entity registered in the United Kingdom. ## Description of the service Queue Ahead is a directory and search engine for real-world virtual queues, waitlists and online check-ins — restaurants, airport lounges, attractions, museums, salons, government services and more. We don't operate the queues themselves. Each listing links out to a third-party queueing system (e.g. Yelp Waitlist, Dojo, Waitwhile, or a venue's own site). Joining a queue happens on that third party's site, under its own terms — we're not a party to it. Wait times shown on Queue Ahead are estimates drawn from the venue's own system, from third-party sources such as queue-times.com, or from community reports. They can be wrong, out of date, or unavailable, and we don't guarantee they reflect the actual wait or that joining a queue will get you in. ## Acceptable use When using the Service, you agree only to submit or link to: - Queues that are publicly joinable by anyone — not a private, staff-only, or internal link - Links that don't require bypassing a geofence, location check, or other access control the venue has put in place You also agree not to: - Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal browsing, without our permission - Submit false or misleading queue links, venue details or wait reports - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure - Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a venue ## User content When you submit a queue, a verification, a wait report, an edit suggestion or a queue request, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, adapt and aggregate that content as part of the Service, including showing your public handle alongside it. You confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to submit it. ## Accounts Some features require an account, created by email magic link or by signing in with Google. You're responsible for keeping access to your email or Google account secure, since that's how you sign in. Notify us at hello@queueahead.com if you believe your account has been compromised. ## Premium subscription Queue Ahead Premium and Family & Business are paid subscription plans, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout. New subscriptions start with a 3-day free trial; if you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged automatically and the subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account's billing portal (/account), which is managed by Stripe. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Family & Business lets the plan owner invite up to 5 members by email. Each member needs their own Queue Ahead account to accept the invite and use their own shared Premium access. The plan owner is billed for the whole plan and can remove a member at any time; removing a member ends their Premium access but not their account. Refunds are handled case by case — contact hello@queueahead.com if you're unhappy with a charge and we'll take a look. ## Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. You can stop using the Service, or delete your account from /account, at any time. ## Disclaimers THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We don't warrant that wait times or queue links are accurate, current, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Always confirm directly with a venue before relying on a wait time for anything time-sensitive. ## Limitation of liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUEUE AHEAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING MISSED RESERVATIONS, LOST TIME, OR LOSS OF DATA. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. ## Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. ## Changes to these terms We may revise these Terms from time to time.
